The new cases make 1,700 total cases that have been reported under the Tribe\u2019s jurisdiction since March 28, 2020. Thirteen (13) of the new positive cases have completed their 5-day isolation period however, four (4) active cases remain. All active cases involve community member over the age of 18 years. We wish them all a safe recovery.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Saint Regis Mohawk Health Services is asking individuals to <strong><u>please self-report <\/u><\/strong>your positive results from a COVID-19 at-home or over-the-counter test kit. Along with notifying individuals about potential exposures, your positive test results can be reported online based on your residency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To report a positive test result in <strong><u>Franklin County<\/u><\/strong>, please their Public Health Service\u2019s website at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.franklincountyny.gov\/residents\/covid-19_guidance\/self-test_reporting.php\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.franklincountyny.gov\/residents\/covid-19_guidance\/self-test_reporting.php&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1664296589774000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2zMMPD_v3Dm-D3eoUaZPLw\">https:\/\/www.franklincountyny.gov\/residents\/covid-19_guidance\/self-test_reporting.php<\/a>. If you are unable to fill out the online form, please call (315) 386-2325 or email <a href=\"mailto:SLCCOVID19SharedMailbox@stlawco.org\">SLCCOVID19SharedMailbox@stlawco.org<\/a> with your name, date of test, brand, lot number, and where you purchased the test.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC &#8212; WEDNESDAYS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The primary series (initial two doses) of the COVID-19 Vaccine is available for individuals ages 6-months and older during the Wednesday Walk-in Vaccine Clinic being held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Tribal Clinic, located at 404 State Route 37 in Akwesasne. Individuals may also call to schedule an appointment by calling the tribal clinic at (518) 358-3142.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 1<sup>st<\/sup> Booster, or Monovalent Booster, is available for everyone ages 5 years and older, who have received their initial primary series of the COVID-19 Vaccine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Booster, or Bivalent Pfizer Vaccine, is available for individuals who are 12 years or older and received their 1<sup>st<\/sup> Booster at least 4 months ago. The Bivalent Vaccine includes an mRNA component that has common attributes of the omicron variant BA.4 and BA.5 lineages to provide better protection against the coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An updated Moderna Booster Vaccine will be available for those 12-years or more in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are unsure when to receive the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Booster, or have any questions about the COVID-19 Vaccines, please reach out to your healthcare provider for answers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>COVID-19 HOME TEST KITS &#8212; EVERYDAY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COVID-19 Home Test Kits are being distributed each day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the clinic\u2019s front reception desk and security. Community members are asked to go inside the building to receive the Binax Home Test Kit.
