We are pleased to report that 13 positive cases have completed their 5-day isolation period however, four (4) active cases remain under the Tribe\u2019s jurisdiction. The three (3) active cases involve friends and family over the age of 18 years, and 1 case within the 0 to 4 years of age. Please join in wishing them all safe recovery.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Individuals who test positive are asked to self-report positive results to St. Lawrence County Public Health at (315) 386-2325, or Franklin County Public Health at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3njGiRa\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/bit.ly\/3njGiRa&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1663246984824000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1Wi-TQMrCw4cLYQhyLxcbh\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/3njGiRa<\/a>. If you have questions on isolation or quarantine guidelines you can contact SRMT COVID Response at (518) 358-3141 ext. 7120<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Positive cases should provide notification to individuals who may have been potentially exposed<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Health Services announced the launch of a new application to help community members navigate COVID-19 and to stay healthy. Developed with the assistance of the Communications Department, the \u201cSaint Regis Mohawk Tribe\u201d app can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play and includes a clinic directory, health videos, tribal news and events, employment opportunities, a quick link to the Tribal Members Portal, and other important information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>COVID-19 TESTING CLINIC:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Akwesasne residents and employees can also schedule a&nbsp;<strong><u>FREE<\/u><\/strong> PCR or Rapid Molecular Test by contacting Mountain Medical at the following locations on Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the weekends from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mountain Medical Urgent Care (Malone)<br \/>\n3372 State Route 11<br \/>\nTel: (518) 521-3322<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urgent Care Mountain Medical (Massena)<br \/>\n2 Hospital Drive<br \/>\nTel: (315) 705-0700<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC &#8212; WEDNESDAYS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The COVID-19 Vaccine is available for individuals ages 6-months and older during the Wednesday Walk-in Vaccine Clinic located at 404 State Route 37 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Individuals may also call to schedule an appointment by calling the tribal clinic at (518) 358-3142.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 1<sup>st<\/sup> Booster is available for everyone ages 5 years and older, who have received their initial two-shot series of the COVID-19 Vaccine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Booster is currently available for individuals who are:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;Individuals 12 years or older, who are eligible to receive their 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Pfizer booster vaccine, and received their 1<sup>st<\/sup> Booster at least 4 months ago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Moderna Booster update vaccine will be available for those 12-years and older within the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are unsure when to receive the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Booster or have any questions about the COVID-19 Vaccines, please reach out to your healthcare provider for answers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>COVID-19 HOME TEST KITS &#8212; EVERYDAY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COVID-19 Home Test Kits are being distributed each day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the clinic\u2019s front reception desk and security. Community members are asked to go inside the building to receive the Binax Home Test Kit.
