Any positive tests from beyond the last 72-hours are considered delayed.

“The COVID-19 vaccinations are the best defense against COVID-19. The data shows that those people who are fully vaccinated and have received a booster shot are less likely to be hospitalized or lose their life if they contract COVID-19. It’s been over two years since the first case of COVID-19 was confirmed on the Navajo Nation and since then, we’ve all learned a lot about the virus and how to protect ourselves. Continue to take precautions and do your best to protect yourself and your loved ones. We are in this together,” said Navajo Nation President Jonathan Nez.

Health care facilities on the Navajo Nation continue to administer COVID-19 vaccines. If you would like to receive one of the COVID-19 vaccines, please contact your health care provider and schedule an appointment.

“If you feel sick, please stay home, isolate yourself from others, and get tested for COVID-19 as soon as possible.
