Tom Udall (D-New Mexico)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"m_-4530696039605309774wordsection1\"><b>For Immediate Release<\/b><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-4530696039605309774wordsection1\"><b>April 1, 2020<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><u>Udall Releases Guidance for Tribes on Federal Resources from Emergency Coronavirus Package<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-4530696039605309774wordsection1\"><b>WASHINGTON<\/b>\u2014 <b>U.S. Senator Tom Udall (D-N.M.), <\/b>vice chairman of the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs, released guidance documents for Tribal governments to provide information on the <b>$8 billion<\/b> \u201cone stop\u201d Tribal Coronavirus Relief Fund and the <b>$2 billion<\/b> in Tribal health provisions appropriated in the third emergency coronavirus package, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomudall.senate.gov\/news\/press-releases\/udall-tribal-coronavirus-relief-provisions-pass-full-congress\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.tomudall.senate.gov\/news\/press-releases\/udall-tribal-coronavirus-relief-provisions-pass-full-congress&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1585837317675000&amp;usg=AFQjCNF6M-_qio9g7hdS8ZdOHrZPqu16cg\">CARES Act<\/a>.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-4530696039605309774wordsection1\">&nbsp;<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-4530696039605309774wordsection1\">\u201cIndian Country is on the front lines of this public health crisis, and they have been very clear that they need health, economic, and community COVID-19 recovery resources.
