The report indicates that 51,085 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. 504,467 COVID-19 tests have been administered. The overall total number of positive COVID-19 cases is now 52,860, including seven delayed reported cases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Navajo&nbsp;Nation COVID-19 positive cases by Service Unit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chinle Service Unit: 10,134<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crownpoint Service Unit: 5,143<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ft. Defiance Service Unit: 5,375<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gallup Service Unit: 8,873<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kayenta Service Unit: 5,004<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shiprock Service Unit: 9,793<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tuba City Service Unit: 5,709<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Winslow Service Unit: 2,807<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* 22 residences with COVID-19 positive cases are not specific enough to place them accurately in a Service Unit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On Thursday, the state of New Mexico reported 210 new cases and Utah reported 152 new cases. The state of Arizona now reports COVID-19 cases on a weekly basis, each Wednesday.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe numbers of new COVID-19 cases remain low this week. Our public health experts continue to urge everyone to get vaccinated, including a booster, to keep the cases low. Everyone should get a vaccine if they already had COVID-19. Getting a vaccine after you recover from infection with the virus provides additional protection to your immune system. We are in this together, and we must continue to support one another,\u201d said Navajo Nation President Jonathan Nez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Health care facilities on the Navajo&nbsp;Nation continue to administer COVID-19 vaccines.
