The majority of reported cases have completed their five-day isolation period, but there remains four (4) active cases under the Tribe\u2019s jurisdiction. The active cases include two (2) children between the ages of 5 to 11-years old, one (1) teenager between the ages of 12 to 17, and one (1) community member over the age of 18. Please join in wishing them all the very best for a safe and complication-free recovery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINICS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With 71.5% of eligible residents fully vaccinated, the weekly vaccination clinic that was being held at the former-IGA Building has been moved to the clinic\u2019s main campus at 404 State Route 37. The weekly vaccine clinic will continue to take place on Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. No appointment is needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COVID-19 TESTING CLINICS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Health Services is conducting COVID-19 PCR testing on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (or while supplies last) at their main campus located at 404 State Route 37. Please use the road located across from the intersection of State Route 37 and McGee Road and follow the signs for clinic\u2019s testing garage.<\/p>\n<p>Akwesasne residents and employees can also schedule a&nbsp;<strong><u>FREE<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;COVID-19 PCR or Rapid Molecular test by contacting Mountain Medical at the following locations on Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the weekends from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.:<\/p>\n<p>Mountain Medical Urgent Care (Malone)<br \/>\n3372 State Route 11<br \/>\nTel: (518) 521-3322<\/p>\n<p>Urgent Care Mountain Medical (Massena)<br \/>\n2 Hospital Drive<br \/>\nTel: (315) 705-0700<\/p>\n<p><strong>COVID-19 HOME TEST KITS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On Tuesdays, Health Services is distributing COVID-19 Home Test Kits at no cost from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (or while supplies last) at the clinic\u2019s testing garage located at 404 State Route 37. Community members will receive either the BinaxNow COVID-19 Antigen Self Kit or the QuickVue At-Home OTC COVID-19 Test. Please use the gravel road across from McGee Road and follow the signs.<\/p>\n<p>Individuals who test positive using a COVID-19 Home Test Kit are asked to self-report test results to St. Lawrence County Public Health at (315) 386-2325, SRMT Contact Tracers at (518) 333-0230, or Franklin County Public Health. An online form is available on the Franklin County website to self-report at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3njGiRa\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/bit.ly\/3njGiRa&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1646789229687000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0E9c1oFz8H-8VLGNrvxz_y\"><strong>https:\/\/bit.ly\/3njGiRa<\/strong><\/a>.
