The active cases include one (1) young community member under the age of 5 and three (3) individuals over the age of 18. The low case number is encouraging, but please continue to take personal measures to keep yourself safe, which includes wearing a mask in all public places under the Tribe\u2019s jurisdiction and getting your COVID-19 Booster Shot.<\/p>\n<p>With 71.4% of eligible residents vaccinated and fewer numbers at the weekly vaccine clinic, Health Services will be relocating the Wednesday vaccine clinic to their main building at 404 State Route 37. Beginning on Wednesday, March 2<sup>nd<\/sup> individuals ages 5-years old or more can receive a COVID-19 vaccine between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. No appointment is needed.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, February 25<sup>th<\/sup> all tribal offices will be closed, including Health Services, so there will be no vaccination clinic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COVID-19 TESTING CLINICS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Health Services is conducting COVID-19 PCR testing on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (or while supplies last) at their main campus located at 404 State Route 37. Please use the road located across from the intersection of State Route 37 and McGee Road and follow the signs for clinic\u2019s testing garage.<\/p>\n<p>Akwesasne residents and employees can also schedule a&nbsp;<strong><u>FREE<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;COVID-19 PCR or Rapid Molecular test by contacting Mountain Medical at the following locations on Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the weekends from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.:<\/p>\n<p>Mountain Medical Urgent Care (Malone)<br \/>\n3372 State Route 11<br \/>\nTel: (518) 521-3322<\/p>\n<p>Urgent Care Mountain Medical (Massena)<br \/>\n2 Hospital Drive<br \/>\nTel: (315) 705-0700<\/p>\n<p><strong>COVID-19 HOME TEST KITS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Saint Regis Mohawk Health Services is distributing COVID-19 Home Test Kits at no cost every Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (or while supplies last) at the clinic\u2019s testing garage located at 404 State Route 37. Community members will receive either the BinaxNow COVID-19 Antigen Self Kit or the QuickVue At-Home OTC COVID-19 Test.<\/p>\n<p>Individuals who test positive using a COVID-19 Home Test Kit are asked to self-report test results to St. Lawrence County Public Health at (315) 386-2325, SRMT Contact Tracers at (518) 333-0230, or Franklin County Public Health. An online form is available on the Franklin County website to self-report at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3njGiRa\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/bit.ly\/3njGiRa&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1645827808673000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2cjM16FdP8ZmP44fSRra2C\"><strong>https:\/\/bit.ly\/3njGiRa<\/strong><\/a>.
