The total number of deaths remains 1,454. The report indicates that 32,582 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. 343,869 COVID-19 tests have been administered. The overall total number of positive COVID-19 cases is now 34,392.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Navajo&nbsp;Nation COVID-19 positive cases by Service Unit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chinle Service Unit: 6,217<\/li>\n<li>Crownpoint Service Unit: 3,352<\/li>\n<li>Ft. Defiance Service Unit: 4,068<\/li>\n<li>Gallup Service Unit: 5,535<\/li>\n<li>Kayenta Service Unit: 3,000<\/li>\n<li>Shiprock Service Unit: 5,844<\/li>\n<li>Tuba City Service Unit: 4,216<\/li>\n<li>Winslow Service Unit: 2,141<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* 19 residences with COVID-19 positive cases are not specific enough to place them accurately in a Service Unit.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, the state of Arizona reported 2,358 new cases.&nbsp;Utah and New Mexico will report weekend case numbers on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you have symptoms related to COVID-19 please stay home and get tested as soon as possible. The spread of COVID-19 is preventable, but it takes all of us working together to reduce the spread of the virus. Continue to take precautions and please encourage your loved ones and friends to get fully vaccinated for COVID-19,&#8221; said Navajo Nation President Jonathan Nez.<\/p>\n<p>Health care facilities across the Navajo&nbsp;Nation continue to administer COVID-19 vaccines.
