The 438,790&nbsp;doses account for 26.4 percent of the total. Of that amount, 73.6 percent have been administered in the region.<\/p>\n<p>With 247,165 doses distributed, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihs.gov\/navajo\/\">Navajo Area<\/a>&nbsp;comes in second, accounting for 14.9 percent of the total across the IHS.
