“Our daily numbers continue to fluctuate, but our preventative measures should always remain consistent to help keep us all safe. Be mindful that we have variants across the country and one here on the Navajo Nation that we know of. We have to stay the course and keep taking all precautions every day to protect our loved ones and others. We are in this together. Please stay home as much as possible, wear a mask, practice social distancing, avoid large in-person gatherings, and wash your hands with soap and water often,” said Navajo Nation President Jonathan Nez.

The Nez-Lizer Administration will hold an online town hall on Tuesday, April 6 at 10:00 a.m. (MST) on the Nez-Lizer Facebook page and YouTube channel to provide additional COVID-19 updates.

“We hope that everyone is having a safe and enjoyable Easter holiday. We are very grateful to all of the health care workers and first responders that continue to work through the holiday to serve and protect our people. Please be safe and continue to take all precautions to prevent the further spread of COVID-19,” said Vice President Myron Lizer.
