Sault Tribe holds mass vaccination at Kewadin Shores

NIHB executive director to receive with Johnson & Johnson Vaccine

ST. IGNACE — The Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians will hold a vaccination event at the Kewadin Shores Sprung Structure Saturday, March 13, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Among those being vaccinated is National Indian Health Board Executive Director Stacey Bohlen, a Sault Tribe member who will be vaccinated with the one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccination. 

Sault Tribe Chairperson Aaron Payment will be present to say a few words about the importance of getting vaccinated against COVID-19.
