Lummi Nation (Washington)

The Lummi Nation confirmed the 17th COVID-19 positive case within the community. The person is a Lummi citizen who lives on the reservation in Washington, according to the tribal health department.

The first case was reported March 12, 2020, according to a graphic shared on social media on March 30. The positive results ramped up quickly, with the most recent cases detected  this week.

The tribe has imposed shelter in place order.
