The call in number is 800-857-9872 and the passcode is 3906969.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\nThe consultation week concludes on Friday with a session for tribal leaders from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indianaffairs.gov\/consultation-listening-session\/improving-interiors-consultation-tribes-consultation-tribes-alaska\">Alaska, Northwest, and Paci\ufb01c regions<\/a>. He <a href=https:\/\/indianz.com\/News\/2021\/02\/10\/cronkite-news-biden-signs-tribal-consultation-and-nation-to-nation-order\/>directed all federal agencies<\/a> to detail how they will implement <a href=https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Executive_Order_13175>executive order 13175<\/a>, which was originally issued in 2000.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n&#8220;Today, I\u2019m directing the federal agency to reinvigorate the consultation process with Indian tribes,&#8221; Biden said in the State Dining Room at the White House.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n&#8220;Respect for tribal sovereignty will be a cornerstone of our engaging with Native American communities,&#8221; Biden said before signing the memo.\r\n<P><\/p>\r\nThe Department of the Interior is the federal agency with the most trust and treaty responsibilities to tribes and their citizens.
