At the same time, he is researching the life of his ailing great-grandmother. \u201cShards of Silence\u201d is  a story about coming of age, identity, and healing.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\nNative Hawaiian writer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kealakendall.com\/\">Keala Kendall<\/a> offers a different view of what many vacationing outsiders consider paradise in the supernatural thriller  \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4unky7H\">That Which Feeds Us<\/a>.\u201d \r\n<p><\/p>\r\nLehua follows the trail of her missing twin sister to the secluded K\u014dpa\u2019a Island Resort in Hawaii. She recalls the stories her grandparents told of their homeland, which is now a commodity to wealthy resort patrons.
