MEMBER TRIBE NEWS<\/em><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"h5-responsive sub\">Soboba Band Closes $219M Credit Facilities to Refinance Debt, Fund Casino Energy Project<\/div>\r\nThe Soboba Band of Luise\u00f1o Indians closed a $219 million senior secured credit package to refinance existing debt and fund construction of an on-site energy facility at its Riverside County gaming resort, according to the lead arranger.\r\n<P><\/P>\r\nThe financing, which closed February 12, consists of a $129 million revolving credit facility and a $90 million tax-exempt term loan.
