The Interior subcommittee&#8217;s bill includes ICWA at the <a href=https:\/\/www.bia.gov\/>Bureau of Indian Affairs<\/a>, which is part of the <a href=https:\/\/www.doi.gov\/>Department of the Interior<\/a>.\r\n<P><\/p>\r\nThe Labor\/HHS\/Education subcommittee&#8217;s bill includes two key child welfare funding streams at the <a href=https:\/\/www.hhs.gov\/>Department of Health and Human Services<\/a>. The programs are known as    <a href=https:\/\/acf.gov\/cb\/title-iv-b-guide>Title IV-B<\/a> and <a href=https:\/\/acf.gov\/cb\/title-iv-e-prevention-program>Title IV-E<\/a>.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\nThe Labor\/HHS\/Education subcommittee is led by <a href=http:\/\/aderholt.house.gov>Rep. Robert Aderholt<\/a> (R-Alabama). The full Appropriations committee is led by <a href=http:\/\/cole.house.gov>Rep. Tom Cole<\/a> (R-Oklahoma), a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.house.gov\/Committee\/Calendar\/ByEvent.aspx?EventID=119093\">hearing on Thursday<\/a> takes place at 10:30am in Room  2358-C of the Rayburn House Office Building.
