Justice Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed to the Supreme Court of the United States, making her the third justice appointed by President Donald Trump.\r\n<P><\/P>\r\nJustice Barrett is exceptionally well-qualified and a great choice to serve on the highest court in the land. She is dedicated to upholding the Constitution as written, not legislating from the bench, and protecting our fundamental rights. She is also the first mother of school-aged children to serve on the court, bringing an important perspective to the bench.\r\n<P><\/P>\r\nDespite her tremendous qualifications and outstanding record, Senate Democrats opposed Judge Barrett long before she was even nominated and claimed it was an \u201cillegitimate process.\u201d Many Democratic senators refused to even meet with her. The reality is they only opposed her because she was nominated by President Trump.\r\n<P><\/P>\r\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Judge Barrett is exceptionally well-qualified and a great choice by President Trump to serve on the highest court in the land. Speaker Nancy Pelosi has said her party should \u201ctake a look and see,\u201d about packing the court and Former Vice President Joe Biden said the American people won\u2019t know his position on the issue until after the election.\r\n<P><\/P>\r\nJustice Ruth Bader Ginsburg even said herself, &#8220;if anything would make the court look partisan, it would be that &#8211; one side saying, &#8216;When we&#8217;re in power, we&#8217;re going to enlarge the number of judges, so we would have more people who would vote the way we want them to.'&#8221;\r\n<P><\/P>\r\n<div class=\"mt-1 mb-1\"><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-8411603009680747\" data-ad-slot=\"6394965691\"><\/ins><script>(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});<\/script><\/div><p><\/p>\r\nOne of the most basic foundations of our government laid out in the Constitution is the separation of powers; three separate but equal branches of government. The legislative branch makes the laws, the executive branch executes the laws, and the judicial branch interprets the laws.\r\n<P><\/P>\r\nPacking the court would destroy the foundation of our government. It\u2019s clear the socialist Democrats want to put more activist judges on the bench who will enact their own radical policy goals instead of having justices who follow the Constitution.\r\n<P><\/P>\r\n<HR><div class=row><DIV class=col-md-3><IMG class=\"img-fluid wow fadeIn\" \r\nsrc=\"https:\/\/indianz.com\/News\/2019\/05\/30\/markwaynemullin.jpg\" \r\nitemprop=\"image\"><\/IMG><\/DIV>\r\n<DIV class=col-md-9><EM>Markwayne Mullin, a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, was \r\nfirst elected to serve the people of Oklahoma\u2019s Second Congressional District in \r\nNovember 2012. He is currently serving his fourth term in office. Mullin and his \r\nwife Christie have six children.
