<\/p>\r\nPlease join the National Coalition of Native American Language Schools and Programs<\/a> for a webinar panel this Friday on the 30th anniversary of the Native American Languages Act<\/a>.\r\n

<\/p>\r\nThe panel will be moderated by National Coalition President Leslie Harper, founder of Niigane Ojibwemowin Immersion School<\/a> in Minnesota, and Vice President N\u0101maka Rawlins, founder of \u2018Aha P\u016bnana Leo<\/a>, a Native Hawaiian language program in Hawaii.\r\n

<\/P>\r\nGuests include Dr. Gloria Sly (Cherokee), Dr. Ofelia Zepeda (Tohono O’odham) and Dr. David Beaulieu (White Earth Ojibwe). They will discuss the history of the Native American Languages Act and why it still significant and needed today.\r\n
