POLICY:<\/em><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"h5-responsive sub\">DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY ISSUES UPDATED CRF FAQS <\/div>\r\nOn Monday, October 19, 2020, the Department of the Treasury issued updated <a href=\"https:\/\/mcusercontent.com\/5fdaa92d88375a474b912b0f3\/files\/eb8884d9-8e2d-4d96-8193-bfbaf195a179\/20201019_Coronavirus_Relief_Fund_Frequently_Asked_Questions.pdf\">Coronavirus Relief Fund Frequently Asked Questions<\/a> (Treasury CRF FAQs) to supplement <a href=\"https:\/\/mcusercontent.com\/5fdaa92d88375a474b912b0f3\/files\/f5d1f1d1-c5c1-4368-9810-ae8f8e4c2000\/Coronavirus_Relief_Fund_Guidance_for_State_Territorial_Local_and_Tribal_Governments.01.pdf\">Treasury&#8217;s CRF Guidance for State, Territorial, Local, and Tribal Governments<\/a> updated as of September 2, 2020. \r\n<P><\/P>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/mcusercontent.com\/5fdaa92d88375a474b912b0f3\/files\/c3392808-7e35-44db-ae30-88c1059ba207\/20201021_NAFOA_CRF_Concerns_Solutions.pdf\">NAFOA sent a letter<\/a> to the Department of the Treasury and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to seek further clarification on the newly added Question 13 within Section B. This question requires clarity related to the status of tribally-owned entities inclusion under the definition of &#8220;beneficiaries&#8221; for the purpose of the Single Audit Act and 2 C.F.R. The team is highly collaborative and interdependent.  Finance team members are trained in all facets of the College Fund\u2019s financial management and provide back-up support to each other as needed.   External vendor partners include auditors, bankers, investment consultants, 403B administrators, accounting software provider, and insurance brokers.
