The lands are referred to as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blm.gov\/programs\/lands-and-realty\/regional-information\/alaska\/d-1_withdrawals\">D-1 lands<\/a>, referencing the section number in the ANCSA text. \r\n<p><\/p>\r\nThe BLM is currently <a href=https:\/\/eplanning.blm.gov\/eplanning-ui\/project\/2018002\/510>preparing an Environmental Impact Statement<\/a>.
