Brian Schatz<\/a> (D-Hawaii) is calling out museums, universities and other institutions for failing to comply with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nps.gov\/subjects\/nagpra\/index.htm\">Native American Graves Protection Act and Repatriation Act<\/a>, a federal law known as NAGPRA.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\nSchatz serves as chairman of the <a href=https:\/\/indian.senate.gov\/>Senate Committee on Indian Affairs<\/a>.
