UPDATE<\/div>\r\nThomas J. Lewis and Phillip Pancho have been located and have been found safe, the Tohono O’odham Nation said in a news release on October 25, 2023<\/a>.
\r\n

<\/p>\r\nThe Tohono O’odham Nation<\/a> issued missing persons bulletins for two tribal citizens who were last seen at the Arizona State Fair<\/a>.\r\n

<\/p>\r\nAccording to the tribe, Thomas J. Lewis, age 61, and Phillip Pancho, age 52, attended the fair in Phoenix on Friday, October 20. They were reported missing after they failed to return to the group they were traveling with, a news release<\/a> stated.\r\n

<\/P>\r\n“Mr. Lewis and Mr. Pancho can be described as functional, with some diminished mental capacity,” the release stated. “They are close friends and workmates, and it is likely that they would stay together. They are carrying identification but do not have cell phones with them.”\r\n

<\/P>\r\nAccording to the tribe:\r\n

\r\n Thomas J. Lewis was wearing a camouflage baseball cap, eyeglasses, maroon shirt with a\r\nplaid long-sleeved shirt over it, and blue jeans. He is 5\u20191\u201d and weighs 150 pounds.\r\n

<\/p>\r\nPhillip Pancho was wearing blue jeans, blue flannel shirt, blue tennis shoes and baseball cap.\r\n<\/div>\r\n

<\/P>\r\nAnyone with information is urged to contact Tohono O\u2019odham Nation Police Department<\/a> Detective Mike Rivas at 520-383-3275. An investigation is ongoing in cooperation with multiple law enforcement agencies on an off the reservation.\r\n
