This guide details programs that can be used to provide immediate and long-term assistance to rural communities affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.<\/p>\n These programs support recovery efforts for rural residents, businesses, and communities through:<\/p>\n This resource guide organizes funding opportunities identified in stimulus bills and other federal resources that can help support rural areas.<\/p>\n The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) is seeking a Financial Auditor Undergraduate Intern (GS-4)<\/a> <\/strong>and a Financial Auditor Graduate Intern (GS-7)<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n As a GAO intern, you will receive training and learn how to conduct federal audits and program evaluations as part of a team. You will assist GAO audit teams in planning and conducting in-depth reviews of executive and legislative branch programs. You will assist audit teams to collect appropriate data, analyze the data, develop databased findings and conclusions, and present the information both orally and in writing to diverse audiences.<\/p>\n Important:<\/em> Undergraduates must have 12 credits in accounting classes (6 credits can be business law) by the time they start the internship.
