FOR TRIBES: <\/em><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"h5-responsive sub\">SLFRF EXCLUSION FROM RECIPIENT INDIRECT COST RATE CALCULATIONS<\/div>\r\nThe Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved a request from the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Recovery Programs (Treasury ORP) to permit direct State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) recipients to exclude their SLFRF award, Assistance Listing Number 21.027, from their direct cost base used to calculate their Federal indirect cost rate. \r\n<p><\/p>\r\nTreasury ORP is working with our partners at OMB and the Department of Interior, Interior Business Center (DOI IBC) to implement this exception. Treasury ORP recommends that Tribes contact DOI IBC with questions about specific rates. The Controller has the overall responsibility for the general ledger and oversight of the balance sheet.  \r\n<p><\/p>\r\nThe Controller leads and oversees the work of the accounting staff and the grants management and contracts compliance office.
