He  previously served as legislative director for NACA and has worked for the Department of the  Interior  and for the U.S. Senate.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n\u201cQuinton\u2019s knowledge of federal policy and how it impacts tribes, Alaska Native corporations, and Native Hawaiian organizations has proved to be valuable for NACA members, and we are confident that under Quinton\u2019s leadership, NACA will continue to protect and promote government contracting opportunities for Native communities,\u201d said Jon Panamaroff, the co-chair of NACA.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n <a href=\"https:\/\/indianz.com\/News\/2023\/08\/14\/native-american-contractors-association-announces-new-executive-director\/quintoncarroll-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-31578\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"635\" height=\"635\" data-attachment-id=\"31578\" data-permalink=\"https:\/\/indianz.com\/News\/2023\/08\/14\/native-american-contractors-association-announces-new-executive-director\/quintoncarroll-2\/\" data-orig-file=\"https:\/\/indianz.com\/News\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/14\/QuintonCarroll.jpg\" data-orig-size=\"635,635\" data-comments-opened=\"0\" data-image-title=\"Quinton Carroll\" data-image-description=\"&lt;p&gt;Quinton Carroll&lt;\/p&gt;\n\" data-image-caption=\"&lt;p&gt;Quinton Carroll. Courtesy photo<\/figcaption>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\nCarroll is a  member of the Inupiat Community of the Arctic Slope and of the Native Village of Barrow, both of which are federally recognized tribes in Alaska. He&#8217;s also a shareholder of the Arctic Slope Regional Corporation and the Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation, both of which are Alaska Native corporations.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n\u201cWith new challenges to government contracting and small businesses, NACA is excited to have Quinton serve as our Executive Director,\u201d  said Katherine Carlton, another co-chair of the organization.\r\n<P><\/p>\r\n \u201cNACA will continue to educate members of Congress and the Administration on the importance of the 8(a) program to Native communities, while providing a valuable national presence for our members,\u201d  said   Carlton.\r\n<P><\/p><div class=\"mt-1 mb-1\"><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-8411603009680747\" data-ad-slot=\"6394965691\"><\/ins><script>(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});<\/script><\/div><p><\/p>\r\nNACA is based in Washington, D.C.
