The bill clarifies that tribes and their entities are not subject to the National Labor Relations Act or to the jurisdiction of the National Labor Relations Board.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\nFollowing consideration, the committee approved H.R.1723 by a <a href=\"https:\/\/indianz.com\/News\/crpt-119-ed00-vote001-20250917\/\">vote of 19 to 16<\/a>.
