The bill directs the Secretary of Agriculture to transfer certain National Forest System land to the State of South Dakota.\r\n<li>\r\n<a href=https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/117th-congress\/house-bill\/3587>H.R.3587<\/a>,  the Requirements, Expectations, and Standard Procedures for Effective Consultation with Tribes Act, also <a href=https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=eqNlHjfUQt8>known as the RESPECT Act<\/a>. The bill  <a href=https:\/\/indianz.com\/News\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/16\/hr3587respectact.pdf>requires federal agencies to consult with tribes<\/a> on actions that affect tribes and their interests. A hearing on the <a href=https:\/\/indianz.com\/News\/2021\/05\/20\/house-subcommittee-for-indigenous-peoples-of-the-united-states-hearing-on-tribal-related-legislation\/>draft discussion version of the measure<\/a> took place before the <a href=https:\/\/naturalresources.house.gov\/subcommittees\/subcommittee-for-indigenous-peoples-of-the-united-states>House Subcommittee for Indigenous Peoples of the United States<\/a> on May 20, 2021. \r\n<li>\r\n<a href=https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/117th-congress\/house-bill\/5093>H.R.5093<\/a>, the Wind River Administrative Site Conveyance Act..
