<\/p>\r\n• S.3273<\/a>, the Agua Caliente Land Exchange Fee to Trust Confirmation Act. The bill places about 2,560 acres into trust for the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians<\/a>. The lands, currently managed by the Bureau of Land Management<\/a>, are of cultural and historical importance to the tribe, located in southern California.\r\n

<\/p>\r\n• S.3381<\/a>, the Tribal Trust Land Homeownership Act. The bipartisan bill<\/a> accelerates the review and processing of mortgages by the Bureau of Indian Affairs<\/a>.\r\n
