The lands, currently managed by the <a href=https:\/\/www.blm.gov\/>Bureau of Land Management<\/a>, are of cultural and historical importance to the tribe, located in southern California.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n\u201cThe tribe has been involved in land transfers with the federal government to\r\nconsolidate their traditional lands and reclaim certain culturally significant\r\nareas throughout the years,\u201d said <a href=\"https:\/\/fernandez.house.gov\">Rep.
