[<a href=\"https:\/\/indianz.com\/News\/2025\/07\/21\/press-release-oklahoma-city-indian-clinic-receives-health-awards\/okcic072125\/\">PDF<\/a>]<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">OKLAHOMA CITY, OK \u2014 Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC), a leading provider of health and wellness services to American Indians in central Oklahoma, proudly celebrated the outstanding achievements of its staff at the 22nd Annual Oklahoma City Area Director\u2019s Indian Health Service Awards Ceremony. The event took place in Norman at the Riverwind Casino and honored both individual and team contributions to improving services within the Indian Health Service programs. The theme for this year\u2019s awards was Resilience.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Several OKCIC staff members and teams were honored for their excellence, leadership and commitment to Native health care:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Katelyn Bant, Physician Assistant \u2013 Peer Recognition Award<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Dr. Natalie Frasier, Lead Dentist \u2013 Merit Award<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Casey McCullough, Integrated Pharmacist \u2013 Individual Area Impact Award<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">OKCIC Pharmacy Team \u2013 Group Customer Service Award<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">OKCIC Sterilization Team \u2013 Group Patient Safety Award<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Yvette Morrison, Pharmacy Clinic Manager \u2013 Healthcare Leadership Award<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Lysa Ross, Chief Operating Officer \u2013 Lifetime Achievement Award<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cI\u2019m grateful for the patients that I see every day, knowing I\u2019m giving them the best care I can give them, and knowing that my work is noticed by my co-workers means so much,\u201d Katelyn Bant, OKCIC Physician Assistant and Peer Recognition Awardee. \u201cIt lets me know that I\u2019m not only making an impact on patients&#8217; lives, but those I work with as well.\u201d<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The clinic\u2019s leadership also reflected on the importance of celebrating the individuals who bring its mission to life.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;OKCIC&#8217;s leadership emphasizes the importance of recognizing the individuals whose passion and dedication make the clinic\u2019s mission a reality.&#8221; said Robyn Sunday-Allen, Chief Executive Office of OKCIC. \u201cTheir resilience and dedication shows on a daily basis, and honoring their efforts and accomplishments lets them know they truly make a difference.\u201d<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">OKCIC remains committed to delivering compassionate, culturally respectful care while continuing to pursue its vision to be the national model for American Indian health care.
