The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cherokee.org\/\">Cherokee Nation<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osagenation-nsn.gov\/\">Osage Nation<\/a> also potentially have jurisdiction claims in Tulsa and other cities. \r\n<p><\/p>\r\nLocal law enforcement officials and Gov. Kevin Stitt (R-Oklahoma) oppose the agreement, saying it creates a two-tiered system of justice.
