POLICY:<\/em><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"h5-responsive sub\">UPDATES ON STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUND INTERIM REPORTING <\/div>\r\nOn August 9, 2021, Treasury released a <a href=\"https:\/\/home.treasury.gov\/system\/files\/136\/SLFRF_Treasury-Portal-Recipient-Reporting-User-Guide.pdf\">reporting user guide<\/a> for recipients of the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (FRF). On August 25, 2021, NAFOA hosted an information session for Tribal governments focused on the FRF Interim Report, with Treasury staff providing an overview of the report and portal submission process. The Interim Report is due on August 31, 2021 for Tribal governments. Treasury has received Tribal inquiries on this FAQ and is writing to clarify that consistent with Treasury\u2019s recovery fund practice, public data with regard to Tribal governments will consist of allocation, expenditure, and obligation data.
