Some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/environment\/2025\/mar\/20\/chronic-wasting-disease-spread-zombie-deer-global-us-aoe\">public health officials are also cautioning about the potential<\/a> for it to make the jump to humans. \r\n<p><\/p>\r\nAt the same time, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/measles\/data-research\/index.html\">measles cases have jumped<\/a> over 1,000 in the United States.
