POLICY:<\/em><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"h5-responsive sub\">TODAY &#8211; FISCAL RELIEF FUND COMPLIANCE TRIBAL INFORMATION SESSION<\/div>\r\nThe U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury) recently released <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indianz.com\/covid19\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/16\/treasurycdfirapidresponseprogramawards061621.pdf\">Compliance and Reporting Guidance<\/a> for all eligible governments on reporting and compliance for Fiscal Recovery Funds received from the American Rescue Plan Act. \r\n<p><\/p>\r\nTreasury will be hosting a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indianz.com\/covid19\/2021\/06\/28\/reporting-and-compliance-information-session-for-tribal-governments-department-of-the-treasury\/\">tribal information session on this guidance<\/a> TODAY Monday, June 28, 2021 from 3:00-4:00 EDT. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indianz.com\/covid19\/2021\/06\/28\/reporting-and-compliance-information-session-for-tribal-governments-department-of-the-treasury\/\">Registration is required<\/a>.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\nTreasury has received feedback on the guidance, and they welcome more inquiries at this session. Following the session Treasury intends to issue an update based on tribal inquiries on the reporting Guidance. \r\n<p><\/p>\r\nEach tribal government must submit an Interim Report by August 31, 2021 covering the period from March 3 &#8211; June 30 2021 and include a summary of spending by expenditure category.
