The development comes after decades of work by the <a href=\"https:\/\/yakama.com\">Yakama Nation<\/a>  and other tribes in a contentious dispute, all while the culturally important wild berry abundance has dwindled.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\nForaging is also important to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.utemountainutetribe.com\/\">Ute Mountain Ute Tribe<\/a> in southern Colorado.
