The bill extends the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blm.gov\/programs\/lands-and-realty\/regional-information\/alaska\/land-transfer\/ak-native-allotment-act\/alaska-native-vietnam-veterans-land-allotment\">Alaska Native Vietnam-Era Veterans Land Allotment Program<\/a> for another five years to ensure the <a href=https:\/\/www.blm.gov>Bureau of Land Management<\/a> can reach out to Alaska Native veterans who are entitled to land selections.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n &#8226; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/119th-congress\/house-bill\/412\">H.R.412<\/a>, to authorize the Bay Mills Indian Community of the State of Michigan to convey land and interests in land owned by the tribe. The bill  ensures that the \r\n<a href=https:\/\/www.baymills.org>Bay Mills Indian Community<\/a> can make decisions affecting its fee lands in Michigan without seeking approval from the <a href=https:\/\/www.bia.gov\/>Bureau of Indian Affairs<\/a> for every transaction. Similar bills have been enacted for other tribes in prior sessions of Congress.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n&#8226; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/119th-congress\/house-bill\/504\">H.R.504<\/a>, the Miccosukee Reserved Area Amendments Act. The bill adds an area known as Osceola Camp  to the reservation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/miccosukee.com\/miccosukee-tribe-history\/\">Miccosukee Tribe<\/a>. The land is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nps.gov\/ever\/learn\/news\/osceola-cure-plan-ea.htm\">located within the Everglades National Park<\/a> in Florida.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n&#8226; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/119th-congress\/house-bill\/741\">H.R.741<\/a>, the Stronger Engagement for Indian Health Needs Act of 2025.
