<\/p>\r\nTribal officials hosted Dr. Biden in Window Rock, Arizona, the capital of the Navajo Nation, on April 22, 2021. The program lasted about 90 minutes<\/a> and featured:\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\nPrior to the event in Window Rock, Dr. Biden met with Navajo women leaders<\/a> and discussed a wide range of issues, from education and cancer research to missing and murdered Dine relatives. She referred to the group as “my sister warriors.”\r\n <\/p>\r\nDr. Biden leaves the Navajo Nation<\/a> on April 23, following a visit to Hunters Point Boarding School<\/a> in St. Michaels, Arizona, and a COVID-19<\/a> vaccination site on the reservation.\r\n <\/p>\r\n
