Both actions stirred opposition from ranchers, oil drillers, and other profit-driven entities who see a better use for that land.\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n Now, that opposition is surfacing in Congress, as a <a href=\"https:\/\/maloy.house.gov\/news\/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=1395\">bill to strip the president\u2019s use of the Antiquities Act<\/a>.
