While this Consultation and listening session will be aligned with NAFOA&#8217;s conference, it is open to all. For more information and to register, please see Treasury&#8217;s Dear Tribal Leader Letter. \r\n<P><\/P>\r\n<strong>General Welfare Exclusion Act Subcommittee:<\/strong><BR>\r\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/indianz.com\/News\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/12\/ttacgwe.pdf\">Subcommittee on General Welfare Exclusion Act is soliciting input from tribal governments<\/a> on its draft report prior to making final recommendations to the TTAC on guidance under the Tribal General Welfare Exclusion Act and the Internal Revenue Code Section 139E. The subcommittee will be holding a telephonic tribal leader session on April 22, 2021 from 1:00pm &#8211; 3:00pm ET to gather input. Register Here.
