Technical workgroup meeting at law firm of Ropes & Gray, 1301 K Street NW, Washington, D.C., 8th Floor. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Open to all.

DOI scoping / consultation meeting at Hyatt Regency Crystal City, 2799 Jefferson Davis Highway, in Arlington, Virginia. 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Open to all.
