The Yavapai College in Arizona will hold a concert May 28 to benefit the two children of Lori Piestewa, the Hopi woman killed in action in Iraq.

The school and the Northern Arizona Veterans Administration Health Care System, a sponsor of the event, hope to raise at least $15,000 for the four-year-old boy and three-year-old girl Piestewa, 23, left behind. The Yavapai-Prescott Tribe has already donated $2,500.

Also, the Hopi Tribe is holding an official ceremony today for Piestewa. It will take place at the Hopi Veterans Memorial Center located in the village of Kykotsmovi at 1 p.m.
