Tribe fights plant

The Ponca Nation of Oklahoma has joined forces with a labor union to protest a chemical plant.

The tribe and the union want the state to order a cleanup at the Continental Carbon Co. facility. The state has cited the company for waste problems.

The tribe says homes are in danger and tribal members have experienced health problems.
