August 11, 2003Narragansett Tribe continues pow-wow traditionThe Narragansett Tribe of Rhode Island held its 328th annual August Meeting over the weekend. The meeting is a traditional gathering among Northeastern tribes. It is set to coincide with the ripening of the corn.
