Companies sign onto Snoqualmie casino
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2002 Two Arizona companies are helping the Snoqualmie Tribe of Washington build a 170,000-square-foot casino. The companies, which are mostly owned by one person, will pay for development on the 56-acre site. The tribe, which only recently gained federal recognition, has asked the Department of Interior to take the land into trust. The state is finalizing a compact. Get the Story:
