Pueblo to remodel casino arena

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2002

Sandia Pueblo in New Mexico will be remodeling its seven-month-old outdoor casino amphitheater to improve sight lines and add permanent and handicapped seating.

The effort will cost $3.6 million and will result in a theater that holds more than 3,800. The arena was the site of last year's Native American Music Awards.
