Andersen facing client issues

Arthur Andersen's alleged and admitted business practices, along with its ties to bankrupt energy company Enron, have forced a number of clients and potential clients to reconsider their relationship with the firm.

In addition to the White House ordering a review of all government contracts with Andersen, some companies are re-evaluating. But the firm says many of its loyal clients aren't going to jump ship.

One of those clients is the Department of Interior, which has hired the company to perform a number of historical accounting projects for the Individual Indian Money (IIM) trust.
