THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2001 The owner of a beer store in Whitclay, Nebraska, has pleaded guilty to selling alcohol on credit. Don Schwarting, owner of the Arrowhead Inn, faces a fine between $500 and $1,500 for the infraction.
The Arrowhead is one of four liquor establishments that caters largely to clientele from the nearby Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota.
