Sale of church urged

The Protestant church is being urged to sell its oldest property in Edmonton, Alberta, in order to help defray costs associated with the over 2,000 lawsuits Candian aboriginals have brought against the church and the federal government over allegations of abuse at residential schools.

Lawsuits around the country are leading churches to the verge of bankruptcy.
