Neb. group challenges gaming push

An anti-casino group plans to file a lawsuit to stop a gaming initiative from going on the November ballot in November.

Gambling with the Good Life alleges the video slot machine petition is invalid. The initiative is supported by bars, restaurants and racetracks but could allow tribes to offer similar gaming.
