Pueblo threatened with court action on water
FRIDAY, JULY 12, 2002 A New Mexico state official on Thursday said he might ask a federal court to Pojoaque Pueblo's water usage. State Engineer Tom Turney contends the tribe is using more water than it deserves by operating a golf course.
